We use Australia post trackable shipping
- International Shipping: 5 - 6+ business days
- International Express Shipping: 2 - 4 business days between major metro areas*
- Australian Domestic Shipping: 2+ days
- Australian Express Post: Next Day delivery between major metro areas*
Note: If order is made on a Friday, your order will be shipped out the next business Day. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to.
Returns:
Please note for change of mind or incorrect choice we gladly accept return of items for a store credit or exchange for another style.
Please ensure you email us within 14 days of receiving your goods to info@cocojane.com.au - please provide reason of return
Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and have all tags attached.
To complete your return we require a receipt or proof of purchase, this includes a print of your order Invoice.
No returns on Sale Items.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
